Fungisys is a digital platform developed for the AI-assisted identification of mushrooms, providing information about mushroom species, maintaining personal records, delivering a gamified user experience, and offering various educational content.

All artificial intelligence analyses provided by Fungisys are for informational purposes only.

No analysis, diagnosis, recommendation, confidence score, classification, or content shall substitute for scientific certainty, professional expert opinion, laboratory analysis, or official validation.

AI analyses may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated results.

Fungisys does not guarantee that any mushroom is edible, safe, or fit for consumption.

The information contained in the application must not be used as a direct reference for mushroom consumption under any circumstances.

The consumption of any mushroom found in nature is entirely at the user's own risk.

Fungisys, its developers, employees, or business partners shall not be held liable for any consequences arising from the consumption of mushrooms, including but not limited to:

- poisoning,

- diseases,

- injuries,

- permanent health issues,

- death,

- material or moral damages.

All medical, cosmetic, gastronomic, biotechnological, commercial use, market value, pricing, revenue potential, and similar information provided in the application is for general informational purposes only.

The user is responsible for the accuracy of the information in their account.

It is the user's obligation to ensure the security of their account.

Fungisys may offer free and paid subscription plans.

Paid subscriptions are managed by the App Store.

Subscription fees, renewal processes, cancellation procedures, and refunds are subject to Apple's applicable rules.

and all other content are owned by Fungisys or its licensors.

The user shall not:

- use the application for reverse engineering purposes,

- attempt to circumvent security systems,

- use automated bots,

- misuse the service,

- create misleading content,

- adversely affect the experience of other users,

- use the application for illegal activities.

Fungisys reserves the right, without prior notice, to:

- remove existing features,
